Do you have people available?
Do you plan to respond to the RFP that comes out?
Can you shape the opportunity in your favor:
The RFP’s set-aside
The RFP’s NAICS code
The requirements to bid:
The past performance requirements
The key personnel requirements
The certifications and qualifications required
