9: Charges

Explanation: The government wants to know if your company or its owners/managers have gotten into trouble

10. Termination for cause

Explanation: The government wants to know if the government has terminated one of your contracts in the last three years. Contract termination is a big deal, so if this happened you’ll know

11-14 Joint ventures

Explanation: The government wants to know if the company is a joint venture, and if so, if that joint venture is pursuing a set-aside designation. A Join Venture is a specific legal structure between two or more companies. This is not a prime sub relationship or other teaming agreement, you’ll know if you are creating a joint venture so if you’re in doubt, select None

15: Restricted software sales

Explanation: If you are selling software or data that has restrictions (e.g. the government doesn’t get full ownership when they buy your software) the government wants to know
